4-Square Dutch Treat The 4-Square Dutch Treat is designed to to hold your project fabric as tight as you need it on all 4 sides for punch needle, knotting and for those who like to work cross stitch and needlepoint, or crazy quilting with good even tension. The frame comes with 9 and 12 inch horizontal dowels and a set of 10 inch vertical dowels. The frame will sit on your lap or table so all you hold is your needle.
