Greetings!
Since July I have been been vending at quilt shows from Maine to Pennsylvania, and am now happily home again getting re-organized. It is always nice to be out and meet people who enjoy creating with fabric and thread. I enjoy very much seeing how much creativity is out there!

At Quilt shows the folks who stop by are either doing traditional victorian Crazy Quilting, or contemporary Art Quilts, so I get to see a nice range of work. One thing that I have found interesting is that many quilters are looking for hand work to do and consequently I have begun bringing small hand stitching projects to shows with me.

I have a few of these items left, and they can be found in the "New Products" category on the site. They stitch up quickly to give as a gift, spruce up your home before the holidays, or do as I am doing and give them unfinished as a gift to a friend who is just begining to stitch! Take a look ...

Assortment of threads and beads providing a variety of textures. A great way to add variety to your stash, or use these as a jumping off point for a new project.

Use these for Crazy Quilting, canvas work, embellishing, let your imagination lead the way!

Counted Cross Stitch Kits

Counted Cross Stitch Kits
These kits stitch up easily and include everything you  need to complete. You can have a new project hanging on your wall by the end of the weekend!

They also make great gifts for a friend who stitches, or a friend who wants to learn to stitch.

What I Am Working On

Since October of last year I have been working on a Group Correspondance Course through the Embroiderers' Guild of America. Titled Tiramisu, it is a reversible Blackwork sampler.

I have been using Soie Cristale from The Caron Collection in 4 shades of blue. I am on band 11 of 12, so the end is in sight. After the blackwork is complete, I am going to add three bands of whitework, though I haven't exactly decided on the look of those yet.

Happy stitching! I hope you take a moment to let me know what you are working on!
